ORDERING:

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal payments as well as cash on collection.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Delivery is FREE within the UK. International order will be considered. Please contact us prior to ordering.
- Collection is available – contact us prior to placing the order.
- All order placed online Monday to Thursday before 12pm are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery service (usually delivered within 2 business days).
- If order is place on Friday, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
- Guaranteed Saturday delivery can be selected/requested and paid for at the check out.
IMPORTANT:
- All products are delivered chilled and should be stored at temperature 0° to +6°C.
- Shelf-life 6 months at temperature 0° to +6°C.
- Once opened, product must be consumed within 7 days.
- Caviar must be consumed within Use By Date period specified on the product.
RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted unless product was damaged in transit.
Returns must be notified within 24 hours of opening the product and not later than 7 days from the day of the order.
